If Bill Taylor saw a Quid Pro Quo why didn't he come forward when it happened?

Simple! He didn't think there was anything wrong with it until Adam Schiff told him to. If this act by the POTUS was such a devastating act worthy of impeachment, Bill Taylor would have reported it. He would have become a whistleblower. He would have done something! But he didn't.
Bill Taylor and frankly anyone else that comes forward has zero credibility at this point. If they didn't think it was bad enough to report when it occurred, it wasn't bad.

Good observation. We don't know for 100% that he didn't, but if he had, we know it would have been leaked by now.
That is probably the line of questioning that allowed Ratcliffe to gut him in under 2 minutes as per McCarthy and Nunes.

He never said quid pro quo, he said there is a back channel to Ukraine. (There has always been a back channel to Ukraine like many other corrupt govt countries.) Remember Obama and his govt. let Putin roll Ukraine and did plenty of business with the corrupt Ukraine govt.
Any of this would come out in the laundry regarding peach mint. They don't care. They just want fake peach mint polls and a black cloud over Trump. Most people are not political junkies. CNN's airports saying peach mint orange man bad. There is not enough dumb people to get orange man bad unelected but the DNC/media controls all.
It is dangerous to not trust the media what if something truly bad happened who would trust their reporting?
