This is a case where a dad would and should not give a frick what a jury would do. There isn't a consequence in the world that would stop me from beating that woman to a bloody pulp, if I were in this situation. Mom and the jurors all need a bullet between the eyes...the judge too. frick em all.

If he can't win this one, he'll be forced to either take the kid on the run or kill the crazy wife, he doesn't really have any other choices than those 2. I hope he doesn't stand pat and allow it to happen if the courts rule in the Mom's favor.
