Well, the problems that plagued cortana have migrated over to the mall of Louisiana. It was apparent shortly after it was built that this would be a problem. But now it’s become so bad that it’s fate is likely sealed. The problems have also made their way to juban crossing. However, juban crossing is an outdoor mall. Should stop a lot of the loitering.

Most stores in the outdoor section of the mall have closed. You know it's the beginning of the end when the only thing that's left are athletic shoe stores, wig stores, and "urban" clothing stores. Lots of loitering going on with not much shopping. Also, it appears that Perkins Rowe is struggling as well. Several stores have closed down.
