Mifsuds cell phones that Barr now has were "given" to him by someone

Heard that on Bongino yesterday. A few things he mentioned about this:
Mifsud's lawyer said the phones were given to Mifsud.
The DOJ said they had something pertinent on them and they might be able to retrieve additional information.
Sidney Powell, Flynns lawyer, asked for this evidence. How the heck did she know they obtained the phones, and how could any info on it be related to Flynn?
So many questions....

Don't be surprised if the NSA already has those phones imaged, indexed, and cataloged for quick reference. The NSA are the only good guys we have right now in the intelligence community, and Admiral Rogers' people are looking out for General Flynn, and the rest of us.

I’ve developed a hatred for Brennen, Comey, Hillary, Schiff, etc I’ve never despised people like I do the Left. Kinda hoping something does pop off. And, yes god bless the men and women of the NSA. They’re holding the line for us.

Did you hear Kevin McCarthy's description of Nancy's melt at the White House the other day after Trump passed around the letter to Erdogan? Said she refused to look at the letter and just sat and stared with a weird smile on her face. No talk of peach mint, then she just wigged out. And that photo where she looked catatonic.
Anyone else find this to be strange?
Maybe I am reading into this too deep, but I just find it weird that tensions rose this high over Turkey's feud with some weird sect of Kurds.

I agree with the NSA comments, and I believe the phones did come from the cia.
Bongino touched on something else from back in 2014. Flynn was heading to Europe for some meeting (he briefed the FBI on it), was invited to a dinner and a russian woman was there (forget the name). She says she was surprised she was invited, and met Flynn there. Soon after she is being portrayed has some agent for the Russians. Flynn photos with her at the party start popping up (even though Flynn had debriefed the FBI on his return). and rumors questioning why Flynn would be with her.
Bongino questions who invited them to this function, Halper, or maybe Mifsud which is why Sidney Powell wants to know who gave Mifsud the phone and whats on it.
Maybe they were setting up Flynn for all his vocal discontent with the Iran deal, and when Trump came along it was perfect to tie this whole setup into the "Russian collusion" fiction.

They may be the holders of truth but the fact they have it is pretty disturbing.

I am with you, the NSA may be "holding" the truth. My question is why? Show the American people the truth and let us take out the trash.

I can pretty much answer the 2nd question.
It's an ethics matter, if you're a lawyer. When Barr/Durham came into possession of evidence that may contain evidence that is exculpatory or may be used to impeach a prosecution witness in Flynn's case, it has to be disclosed...even though he's pled guilty, as there is the possibility of appeal/retrial. These are disclosure requirements that developed from the Brady v. Maryland US Supreme Court decision and later decisions.
Plenty of Fed and State prosecutors play fast and loose with the disclosure requirements - in fact, that's one of the likely reasons that the Fed prosecutors may be later disbarred.
There are still honest lawyers, and Barr/Durham fit that description.
And here's one more item for thought - Barr/Durham had NO obligation to disclose the phones if they contained nothing that a court might consider exculpatory.
Whoops. That tells us something, doesn't it?
