The south side dorms have obviously been demolished and re-purposed. The East side has been cleared of asbestos, but I don't think anything else has been done. I don't think the west and north side has been touched.
I was told Alleva only cared about what could be seen from the outside...he didn't care about the inside of the dorm areas.
