Alabama, Clemson, Miss State Laste year, every good Ohio State Defense,

Loaded with big time 1st round DL.

Since Aranda has been at LSU he has had 2 DL drafed. 1 in teh 3rd and 1 in teh 5ht

Alabama has had 3 first rounders, and 7 total DL taken
Clemson had 3 first round DL and a 4th
Miss State had 2 first rounders on their defense last year.

Elite defenses can get after a QB with their front 4. Chaisson can somtiems do that, but no one else can consistently. We didn't recruit well prior to 2016, and the last few classes have not produced the caliber of platers we need

we are used to this emparasment of riches at LSU, but our DL is not where close to where it used to be. in 2007 we had 2 top 10 picks on the DL.

IN 2003 we had a 1st, 2nd and a SEC Defensive player of the year on the DL

in 2011 we had 2 first round picks, a 3 and a 4th, and several backups got drafted too.
