How have you old baws wrecked your shoulders so bad? I have shoulder issues but nothing like ya’ll talk about.

Just had surgery 5 weeks ago on a torn rotator cuff. Sleeping in a sling is by far the worst thing about it. Range of motion is coming back slowly with PT and supposed to get back to 100%.

13 years of play along the o-line. 3 knee scopes before sophomore year and 3 back surgeries (between 21-35) had me wait as long as possible for shoulders.
