...or getting 2 day delivery on the same models that AT&T has a three week estimated delivery and no stock in corporate or retail stores?

Have you tried Best Buy.

Wife and I switched to Verizon the week after it released. Went on Friday. Phones were delivered on Monday. No preorders.
