There are 1300 people who work in the WH who could be considered "White House officials" in a piece like this. I'm not saying that it couldn't be a cabinet member (Pompeo was on the call), but official NSC duty officers listen in and clean up the voice-to-text computer transcripts. Ambassador's staffs are often on these. There are translators. We just don't know who this was yet.

But why should be care when we have a transcript from a WH stenographer and testimony from fact witnesses Trump and Zelenskyy?
