frick you. You don’t decide when I get to speak.

Still trying to figure out how I’m the racist. So defending the black guy is racist?

STFU

We’re all pulling for Teddy and want him to play well while he’s in, but we’re also realistic. He didn’t play up to his potential prior to Sunday and people rightfully call it out.

Insinuating that he is beyond criticism because of his race is textbook soft bigotry of low expectations.

Your time white knighting would be better served on carolinahuddle with the rest of the Camthers.

I never said he was beyond criticism. I was specifically talking about how a fanbase that has had a very specific stereotype about black qb’s throughout football history, all of a sudden decided the unproven white option qb was a better choice than the younger black pocket passer who has been to the playoffs and the pro bowl.

By the way, Teddy is 3-0 against two potential playoff teams and a division rival. I’m pretty sure I also heard that he is the only Saints qb besides Brees to have 300 yards and 4 tds in a game. Yet there are still people right now, even people who are coming around on Teddy, that believe Hill is the better option.

As I said before, if you flipped the color of their skin, this would have never even been a debate. To deny that, is to say you are blind to the history of all of this.
