RE: Ukraine and the IRS Whistleblower

I've posted this article previously but now that the IRS has a whistle-blower of its own, I thought it might deserve its own thread.

In MAY of this year, after a Ukrainian court ruled that a Ukrainian politician (Leshchenko) and head of National Anti-Corruption Bureau (Sytnky) had interfered with the 2016 US election on behalf of Hillary Clinton, a memo was leaked that outlined Joe Biden's involvement in the Ukraine. It makes some damning claims and purports to have evidence to back up said claims. Evidence enough that, again, these two were found guilty of interfering in our elections.

“Joe Biden also actively interfered with the processes of appointing heads of newly-established anti-corruption bodies. In particular, with his assistance, Artem Sytnky, the Managing Parter of the firm “Yurydychni harantii”, was appointed to the position of Director of the NABU on 16.04.2015… (sic) In September 2017, the Prosecutor General of Ukrain Yu. Lutsenko accused the NABU of the unlawful interception of 140 Ukrainian officials from different branches of power…. (sic) In addition, A. Sytnyk was accused of initiating a criminal proceeding against O. Onyshchenko with the purpose of removal of companies controlled by him from the Ukrainian gas market in favor of “BURISMA GROUP.”

It's an impeachable offense to use our allies to investigate political candidates right Joe? Well, what do we have here?

In particular, it was the NABU and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office through which a special information operation aimed at discrediting P. But Joe never discussed business dealings in the Ukraine. He was totally there on the up-and-up. They talked about anti-corruption, loan guarantees, and the over/under on the Patriots winning the AFC. Nothing else!

“In autumn 2016, in view of the forthcoming election of the president of the USA (08.11.2016), as well as in view of his own possible resignation, Joe Biden initiated activities aimed at termination of criminal proceedings against M. Zlochevskyi and “Burisma Group” holding. The PGO’s intentions regarding the seizure of most profitable assets of the holding provided for additional reasoning.”

“First, Joe Biden tried to use again the need of Ukraine for financial aid. Thus, during his meeting with the President of Ukraine within the framework of the United Nations General Assembly (21.09.2016, New-York), Joe Biden stated that the USA was ready to allocate another USD 1 billion of credit guarantees. However, this highly improbable offer didn’t get Kyiv interested, since it was within the competence of new administration of the president of the USA.

As a result, an agreement with M.V. Zlochevskyi was reached on the refusal from criminal prosecution in exchange for the transfer to the state budget of a part of profits of the holding in the form of charged additional taxes for past years for the amount of UAH 180 million, which amounted to an insignificant amount of proceeds from the crime.”

We actually have proof that Biden did in fact speak with the Ukrainians during the UN meeting. Remember when we shamefully condemned Israel and Biden was accused of pushing the Ukrainians to vote the same way? Pepperidge Farms remembers:

Lastly, after Hillary lost the election, he had some cleaning up to do. Remember the line about those investigations were already concluded? Yeah, not so much Joe. They also make the astonishing claim that ole Joe is guilty of Tax Evasion in the US.

“In addition, according to the available information, while personally receiving income for lobby work from the operational activities of “Burisma Group” holding through “Rosemont Seneca Partners”, Joe Biden deliberately concealed their location with the purpose of decreasing the size of tax liabilities and evasion of the payment of taxes to the local and federal budgets of the USA.”

Thus, we come full circle. We won't be able to prosecute ole Joe due to Trump having his own people in the IRS that are helping Trump and out to get Democrats. They be witch hunt!

Makes me sick. I'd highly encourage everyone to read the memo though. It's revealing. Keep in mind, this is from MAY and they had enough evidence to find these two guilty. If we're lucky, Barr and Durham have that same information already.
