Per Ed Orgeron. He will continue to practice and has been looking good so far. Chaisson also stressed he felt he was ready a few weeks ago, but O and training staff are ultimate decision makers. I think he plays a half to get back up to game speed, then is a full go against Florida.

Thought I read that Chaisson said he wasn't 100% but wants to play?

Basically said if he really had to play, he could have. Nobody is really 100% all the time.

True true.... Just would have to see him aggravate anything. Would be nice to get he a Divinity back, though.

I hate taking a chance with a sprained ankle. Just one wrong step and he's out for a month again.

If there’s any question at all just sit him. Ideally it’d be good to knock the rust off but the upcoming stretch is where we really need him. You don’t want to take the chance of aggravating something and then him not being ready against Florida

No reason to play. Strongly disagree with letting him play until Florida.

LSU will outscore Utah St. and come away with the win. That's all that matters. Continue to rest the guys on defense because we will need them for the back half of the schedule. In the long run it doesn't matter if Utah St. scores an extra 10-14 points because we are resting guys. A win is a win.

I don’t mind him getting some reps.

I’m glad Jefferson is ok as well.

I want him healthy, but I also want to see what the defense looks like with a better pass rush before we face Florida.

I’d just save him for Florida so at least we get one more game out of him for 2019. We seem to have lots of fragile players on D
