It might not be by WR position, it could be by zones (read deep first to short), by order of break regardless of receiver, middle to sideline (or vice versa), etc.
It allows, more accurately- assists, Burrow in moving defenders around. His first look in progression might not be to make a pass but push a LB back, which the next in progression is a receiver coming into that manufactured void.
