He’s already been asked to testify. In my opinion, he resigned so that he wouldn’t have to testify as an official and can now ignore them and claim his conversations were under Presidential Priviledge and avoid outing himself as a leaking piece of shite.....because Barr is going to start charging leakers as spy’s, which is treason
