I thought the complaint said it went on for months so I assumed multiple calls.

thats a pretty detailed writing of a conversation that the whistleblower did not even witness but had several officials witness it and told him. 2nd and 3rd hand information that is to the T of the transcript. Comon man.
Everything the whistleblower reported was something He/She was "Told".
