You can and get a great diet. I mean you are talking like meat eaters are somehow this sanctuary of good diet in this country. Most of us eat garbage.

I am doing no such thing, if you actually read what I wrote and applied a smidgen of critical thinking you'd make a more intelligent argument.

That includes vegans and vegetarians. I know several and they snack on junk food, have terrible eating habbits, and still espouse their virtue in avoiding meat yet are some of the least healthy people I know.

Intelligent moderation vs. Ignorance-based avoidance is the point here.
