Man, a lot of Tara/Goodwood posters on here. We should have friendly get together and Golfer host . To the OP, I live in "Goodwood Villa", between Tara and Goodwood. We are about to start the process of a redo on our house, its either spending 100k here and being happy or an additional 200k to be somewhere else and not be in the house we want to be in. On my street in 10 years we had 1 break in right after "Entergy" cut the trees, no threat during the flood, no fear during the protest, during power outages there are plenty of places to grab food and ice that will always be open, and during horrific traffic in BR, if you know the back roads it doesnt take more than 15min to get anywhere unless its on the complete other side of town. The only downfall where I live is the LaSalle school pick up lines when Im trying to get home at 3pm. Best of luck to you and would enjoy another family come in and do a remodel its happening all over here between tara to broussard
