That's a really weird way of ranking.

I would certainly put him above Gus at this time who has won the SEC West and played in the NCG.

I don't know how you can rank him above Malzahn at this point. He has two Sec West champs and a NC appearance. Auburn is certainly on a downward trend at the moment but still. It's probably:
Saban
Smart
Malzahn

Not really. Championships are objective criteria that show a coach is capable of reaching the apex of their conference/league.
