No. The appeals court for the time being limited the scope of the district courts injunction to the geographic boundaries of the 9th circuit and said that it felt the nationwide aspect would succeed if better evidence connecting the scope was provided. The same plaintiffs went back to the district court and added supplemental evidence. The judge then reissued the nationwide ban. The feds will, again, appeal and the 9th will probably (shockingly/sarcasm) affirm which will set up the appeal to the S Ct.

That's how the legal system works.
