Alcoa: AA...what does the board think?

Alcoa has taken a huge hit with the tariffs, and the stock has never really recovered from 2009 drop and subsequent restructuring...still, they are near a 52-week low and forecasts have a target around $22.
I'm just wondering if it is time to get in, believing there will eventually be a bump after tariffs end...or are Alcoa's days in the sun gone forever?

how does Blue Horseshoe feel about it?
in all seriousness.. the interaction I have with Alcoa, Carpenter, Nucor, etc has been nothing but negative since these tariffs went into effect
Lead times have doubled, sometimes tripled, and the general consensus from metal distributors is that the mills don't care if their production times are shite
Also the tariffs were supposed to raise the price of foreign steel to make US steel more attractive, and then the US mills just used that as an excuse to raise their prices to match the foreign material

It is interesting to see how the tariffs have impacted Alcoa vs Arconic (personally, I hated the split from the get-go, but it seems to be working much better for the rolling side).
