I drive it five days a week and have been for over ten years. More like 60% obey the restrictions, and I’m being generous. They need to ticket the ones who don’t and make examples out of them. That would help get compliance up. A speed limit of 70 MPH and strict enforcement of the law against traveling in the left lane for all vehicles would help.
