When will people realize the the speed in and of itself is not dangerous? It is the lane switching. When I get stuck behind someone cruising in the left lane on that bridge I give them a bit to get over but if I have to pass, I always look into the vehicle to see their dumbass and almost always either one or a combination of two things are the case:

1) Someone stuck on their phone and oblivious to the traffic around them.

2) A Texan that is completely zoned out presumably on the long drive back home.

I drive to Texas everyday for work. I can agree with your comment. They are the worst left lane lollygaggers and it can get so frustrating.
