It’s hard for me to make an argument since I’m in first in the other league and have biases.
But, my take is this:
Season got cut short, that sucks and there’s nothing we can do about it. We should fall back on, and reward, the teams most successful during the 17 week season we played.
4-7 here should get $100 back. $150 or $175 (whatever reg season champ payout is) should go to frat. The rest a tiered split between top 3.
Top 3 have such a big advantage in playoffs getting tie breaker, they are rarely upset.
Frat is champeen in my mind

Going back to 2015, only 1st-4th have ever placed in the top 3 in the playoffs. 4th placed finished 3rd twice, which pays money back.
1st and 2nd seed have made every playoff final in 6 years in this league.
So the minimum payout the 1st place regular season person has received in 5 years is $400.
