Ditch the dining plan. If you're with kids they can usually split meals and even eat off an adult portion.

Order stuff to eat a quick breakfast in the room through Amazon Prime Now. (cereal, fruit, breakfast bars). Saves time AND money.

You really only need to eat one full meal a day. The portions are pretty big.

Do more snacking throughout the parks that sit down meals.

I'd also look into ditching the Park Hopper but I may get roasted on here. It's too much of a hassle and a time waste to switch parks mid day. I'd honestly pick a park to skip (AK, Epcot or HS) and do 2 days in MK.

We use the hopper in two situations.

1) When we don't want to spend an entire day at one park - for example, AK during the day, then hop to Studios for their nighttime stuff (since I don't care for Rivers of Light)

2) When there is a meal involved outside a park. For example, MK, go to O'Hana, hop to Epcot or Studios.
