Pawnee easily
-Paunch Burger
-Food and Stuff
-Free WiFi throughout the city thanks to Gryzl being headquartered there
-Huge national park run by Ron Swanson
-Night life includes the snake hole lounge and indian casinos
I could never quite figure out the size of Pawnee

Pawnee was basically like Springfield. Somehow has absolutely anything people could want (other than Mulligan's steakhouse) but it's still a small town where everyone knows everyone.
