I’ve used freightrate.com to hire shipments before. Pretty reasonable rates if you have a fork lift on both ends.
With as many fabricators as there are in Louisiana, have some lone build it for you. Smoker builder .com has plans and all the calculators to make sure the sizes work out correctly.

Westlake, LA and I don't think it would be a problem. I think I'm on the other side of the state from you though.
