Also the producers are morons. They punish the team with more finalists who have won 10 of 13 daily challenges by making them carry 75 percent more weight. What the hell kind of reasoning is that?

agreed, thought that was ridiculous as well. The reward should have been having more people to rotate but be carrying the same weight.
As for Paulie, his problem is he goes 100 miles an hour all the time and doesn't know how to pace himself for events that require endurance. When TJ tells you you're going to go 16 miles carrying 20 lbs per person on an unstable crate tied held together by bamboo, it's probably smart to relax. It also doesn't help how small he is and him not taking any breaks the first leg when he was gassed. Not that i care because him and Cara completely shitting the bed is just perfect.

Where are you getting 75% from? I could be wrong but I thought it was only 40 more lbs. So 10lbs per person carrying. It is kind of bs that the additional weight may have broken the bamboo. Can't tell if it was because of the additional weight or because they were carrying it lopsided.
And their reward for winning 10/13 challenges should have been having the strongest team possible and dismantling team UK. It's not the producers fault they chose to pick off their strong players.

so dumb. easier and better punishment is that everyone has to carry at some point, or everyone has to carry twice. or whatever.
there are enough punishments that already come with having more people. everyone has to eat (or make their shot), everyone has to solve their "math" problem, etc...
adding the weight is so stupid and should not be one of the things that hurts them. and i'm 100% cheering for the "brits"
