One would be dumb to take the equivalent. Unless They need their W2 to prove worthyness.

I haven't taken a raise on paper in 12 years and have no intention of starting.

My sharecropper work apartment is 900 a mo, truck, fuel, and paid not to take health insurance plus the insurance and maint on the 2500 I drive.

Me and the owner of the company are the only ones that really know what I make. It only hurts me sometimes on credit but I'm fine with that.
