You better make damn sure your radar guns are calibrated and have near zero uncertainty.

They ended up tossing pretty much every case.
My aunt was going 32 in a 30 and they got her, threw the case out as this was all tied into that 1mph rule.
It seemed more like a cash grab for the PD than actually getting the crime off the street.
