Crazy thing...I met this guy from Oregon last year while on vacation in Mexico. He asked me specifically about this kid, Derian Moore. I told him that I hadn't heard of him but I'd keep an eye out for him. He told me the same story about Derian's long journey to LSU that's written about in the article. I've heard nothing but great things about Derian from his former teachers at HLB. HLB football was bad when he was there but he was a great athlete. I wish him the best at LSU. I hope he gets more playing time this year.
