No, I don't think you could injur 20+ people and kill 10 in 50 seconds with a 9mm. A 9mm holds about 15 rounds?
Maybe I'm wrong, but I suspect you'd have to be a real good shot to kill 15 people in 15 rounds.

They do make extended magazines for these.

And yes you could in a small space like a bar.
