So you scored the most points 11 out of 16 weeks. That's great luck and happens, but I don't think you should be awarded for it if in the end if you don't place 1, 2, 3.

Fantasy football happens of the course of the 16 weeks. There are numerous trades, waivers, injuries, etc. that are out of everyone's control of the course of the 16 week season. However, part of managing a FF team is to 1 build your team into the playoffs, and 2 make sure that the team you have in the playoff has the best chance of winning by playing your best strategies/match ups/injury management etc.

You're asking to be rewarded for doing really well for 11 weeks and I for one don't agree with it. Clearly you had some bad luck or bad management in the playoffs. Guess what, that happens to the other 11 teams as well throughout the season. You may in fact had the best group of players for the whole season, but when it mattered they came up short. Its called fantasy football for a reason it's not necessarily fair or equal playing field despite all your efforts.

I scored the most points over the course of 16 weeks. 13 of 16 weeks I was in the Top 6. What does "placing 1,2,3" even mean? As last years winner even admits, it means you got hot for 3 weeks. VooDoo ended up with a 10-6 (t6b6) overall record. I ended up with a 13-3 overall record. VooDoo ended up 3rd in overall points. My team was 1st in overall points.

I'm still waiting for someone with actual reading comprehension skills and common sense to provide a legit reason why my team from last year should have not be awarded $300 out of a $1200 fricking pot.

I agree, which is why, for this league (where I don't know any of you IRL) I prefer to remove as much h2h, BS luck elements as possible. The ONLY reason I didn't win it all last year is because Kareem Hunt kicked a woman. Then VooDoo profited at the end. So he essentially won $850 for a single waiver move. Why don't YOU explain to ME why HE deserves $850 of a $1200 pot for that?

And you're asking to reward a team that did really well for 3 weeks in the playoffs, what's your point? I had the best team last year and I won $0. I'm just trying to prevent this from happening to me, you or anyone else again. I legit have the league's best interest at heart here. $300 is not too much for most season total points. It's just not. If we make this move we will be THE most legit league on this board when it comes to awarding the best teams/owners.

I would suggest you go back and reread my posts again and actually understand what I'm saying here. This structure is probably one of the most fair(awarding the actual best teams) payouts you can have in fantasy football in 2019. Especially for a group of guys who don't know each other, where traditional h2h elements don't really mean as much.

Playoffs
1st- $600
2nd- $250
3rd- $50

Points Race
1st- $300

Vote yes and let's start focusing on the draft.

Edit: And VooDoo, I appreciate your support on this. You actually get it. I just think $300 is the more fair payout for points based on the last year's scenario.
