I had a 4.0 and a 29 on my ACT but coming from Texas that was enough to get my out of state waived and about 1/2 tuition paid for. Regardless, TOPS is an enormous drain on the LSU budget and leaves us far behind our out of state competition. If we want to go toe to toe with A&M, Florida, etc we need to dissolve the program and allocate those funds to infrastructure and faculty
