You eat 3000 calories of chicken you’ll continue to be fat.

I would love to see someone eat 3000 calories of baked chicken.

I get full on the usual serving of chicken (3-4 oz)...which is around 100-150 calories.

You are the keto cult leader though so don't expect anything less from you.

I'm still eating the foods I love (including bread) while having a calorie deficit....while losing weight at a pace that will set me up to keep it off for good. Losing 30 pounds quickly does no good if you gain it back and then some when you eat like a normal person again.

Same, I’m down 55 pounds with a similar approach. Roughly follow a 80/20 rule. Went on vacation thinking I was going to gain several pounds but my weight barely moved. Still have some work to do.
