How can they kill something that I have rights to? If I signed a contract to deal with the consequences of sex and accept its results then a woman harming my rights to that fetus should pay a civil penalty for to me for the pain, suffering and mental anguish.

You don't have any rights, just responsibilities. If she wants to keep the baby and make you pay for 18 years, that's her choice. If she wants to kill the baby you have no say in the matter.
Her body, her choice.
Your private property, her choice.

How can you prove that it is 1/2 yours? How are you going to get a paternity test from a 2 week old fetus?
