Well, he'll get credit for hours worked when he's working remotely, right?

I know I did. I wasn't putting in full days because I did have to go to PT and doctor follow ups, but I kept a log of work I was doing and times I was working so I could track work hours vs. sick leave hours.

If I wasn't getting compensated, then I would have been far less likely to log in.
