If they enjoy protection by the American military and the American taxpayer, they have an obligation to uphold American values.
That means NOT working with the Chinese government on censorship software, even if it will make them a dirty buck.
If they want to be international companies with no loyalty to anything but profit, fine, but they should get no American legal or taxpayer assistance at all in that case.
These companies try to play it both ways. They are "American" only when they want a handout.
