Some will still come off a little. I wouldn't go in and haggle. Make your deal online subject to on-site inspection and test drive. I did that a couple months ago. Dealership already had best price within a 2 hour drive of me. I gave them some BS about a 2 hour drive and he came off another few hundred. Yeah I know that's not a huge amount but we are talking about a $14k used car. I was in and out of dealership in maybe an hour.
