I am a full time 45 hour a week I.T. administrator for an automotive group. I have been for 7 years. I know everyone from the owner and his family, to the GM's, the managers, mechanics to the to the lube techs and lot porters. That is for 18 New car dealerships from multiple manufacturers.
My brother sells Kia's and is #1 or #2 company wide every year. He is Kia Elite. Top 50 nationally for new Kia sales.
With the access to the DMS (Dealer Management System) and all information I have and the knowledge my brother has. I laugh at you guys.
I have seen it all. The good, bad, and ugly from the front of the store to the back. I am big brother...
