Ouch MrLarson. What have you done for the pain and swelling? Do you take blood thinners?

I've just been taking 800 mg ib
Had a water leak in my work apartment. Came in Sunday night and,was sloshing through water.
Apartment complex claimed they didn't have a key to get in. Stayed home and let them make keys.
After they sucked up the water I walked from the living room to the kitchen, left foot hit tile and I did the splits.
Slid into a wall and have been in the most pain I've ever been in in my life.
Just trying to talk it out tonight.
