Flynn will get paid before this is over. But i’m Puzzled as to how he got set up with his shite show counsel at the start.

Looks like the client is the myopic shite show and not his former lawyers. This happening at this stage (after plea and before sentencing) is not that uncommon in criminal court and it’s usually the client being an idiot

Trump needs to Rehire Flynn to DNI when this Shitshow is over. That would be Next Level Trolling.

Court filing says they did it under “extreme and unprecedented pressure from David Laufman at NSD” for a FARA filing. They also made filing using input from that same NSD.....
When you take into consideration his first defense teams history of working with members of Deep State/DC swamp and factor in the “incompetent”, aka shoddy, legal work they did Flynn in this case, it’s not hard figure out how Flynn got screwed.
Today’s attempt to reverse course and try to charge him as a co-conspirator is nothing more than retaliation for hiring efficient counsel that they can’t “cut deals” with

You obviously don’t know anything about legal procedure, Flynn wasn’t charged or attempted to be charged as a co conspirator. That’s what happens when you get your fake news from social media

Flynn wasn’t charged or attempted to be charged as a co conspirator.

That’s what happens when you
How about this, Mr.Mason?
How about simply telling folks what you understand the FACTS of the legal situation to be?
How about forwarding a few valid contributions, instead of plying your suppositions and guesses as fact while insulting others based on belief your guesses are indisputable in the real world?

The latest is that the prosecutors in another criminals trial tried to get around calling Flynn as a witness by arguing his statements were co conspirator statements which are admissible if in furtherance of a conspiracy and they pass the balancing test, not an attempt to charge an already convicted felon with anything. All your insults and petty partisan hacking blather won’t change that fact.

Uhh...no. How bout you actually READ THE COURT FILINGS from yesterday before attacking others for a “lack of legal knowledge” — bc you clearly know NOTHING about Flynn’s case or the circumstances that led to yesterday’s filings.

He changed his mind about his deal, they changed their mind about his deal
Pretty simple

He refused to lie on the witness stand like the prosecutors wanted, so they changed their mind about his deal and tried to charge him with a crime in retaliation. And then the judge proceeded to dick slap them for even attempting such nonsense.
FIFY.
