Atlanta was never going to take him 4 with Trae on the roster. Not unless he was some surefire star(which, while I think higher of him than most, you can see why a team like Atlanta would find different positional value).

Yeah, I get that with Atlanta. I guess I just expected someone to value the 4th pick higher than Atlanta did but I suppose the assets they offered made the most sense for us regardless.
I also don't think Garland is an ideal fit for Cleveland but they obviously felt like value outweighed need.
