re: Invasive ground cover ID

It looks like Virginia buttonweed that has a fungus / virus ? I think I read that somewhere years ago when I noticed it in my yard that color. It discolors the stems and leaves like that but does nothing to stop it from growing. It's a bitch to control if you don't jump on top of it and pull it early. My new yard may get a spot or two but I can find it and pull it and keep it from spreading.
