First, admit you moved the goal posts twice.
The first time when you excluded the workers between 18 and 25. The OP's post that I was replying to stopped at HS graduation.
Second, I said at or close to not simply minimum wage. I was thinking anything under around $10. Though I didn't mention a figure I was clear not to limit it to exactly minimum wage.
