Nope. I didn’t trust him and he became an exception, not the rule. Cody Berlinger hit .147 in the WS with a massive amount of K’s.
See how pointing out ONE example every argument works out? Are you saying that all rookies play like veterans in their first years? Or the majority of players struggle a bit before trending back up to a solid contributor.
All I’m saying is that a few seem to be forgetting about the walls rookies eventually run into in their first year. I’m just trying to remind people that it’s coming.

We all understand the cycle of adjustments rookies have to make as the league adjusts to them. Yordan has an advanced approach and presents a tremendous threat that Brantley doesn't pose to hit it out to any field at any park at any time.
Your example of bellinger is a good one. You have to evaluate each player separately. We shall see how it unfolds but I don't see him getting anything to hit with the slapnuts crew batting behind him.
