ill be honest, we were there last july 5-8 and yes, it was hot, however, it was not near as unbearable as i was prepared for. like has been mentioned, cooling towels are good. i would also bring a couple waters in my back pack each morning. if you have the means freeze them and bring them in solid. Bring plenty of gold bond powder. good socks, and GOOD shoes. i got some adidas ultra boost when we did disney/uni in april, walked 54 miles and my feet never hurt, ever. sunscreen.
