Who is the biggest League success vs the best Sophomore coming out of college?

He definitely could have improved his draft stock playing better his sophmore year.

And he is pretty raw. There is a lot of things he could easily improve in college.

The G-league is full of MEN better than the kids in college. And he’ll get paid while getting better. It might be hard for you to understand but this kid’s future will be much better by leaving amateur athletics.

Is there some law that won't allow him to improve on them in the pros ?

You know there are also numerous examples of players being drafted in the 2nd round and then being extremely successful. Just off the top of my head, Deandre Jordan left after his freshman year, drafted in the 2nd round and now has pocketed over $100,000,000 . But maybe he should have listened to the internet and went back to college to risk injury and get about a 1/4 of the instruction available to pros.
