I am currently at single digit body fat with washboard abs... put me side by side with the dad bods and skinny fats and line me up police station criminal lineup style with them and have women pick the most attractive physique behind 2 way glass and I guarantee you the dad bod/skinny fats won't win.

Watch what women do, not what they say. Women are liars. They say they prefer dad bods and find them attractive because they are too ugly/fat to get men with lean and muscular physiques, so they say they prefer dad bods as a rejection buffer. "I was never into guys with 6 packs anyway!"
