Not sure why Russell keeps getting mentioned. He has to agree to a contract with the Pelicans before a deal can be done. Obviously could no include 2019 draft picks as it could not occur until new league year. Pelicans would be forgoing any offers that include 2019 picks just to wait to talk to Russell. Unless Pelicans have no offers they like, would they take that risk?
