Traffic worse than Nola
Yes. The biggest traffic clusterfricks are mid sized metros (or former mid sized, now large metros) that are experiencing growth without enough infrastructure improvements. That's why Knoxville, Baton Rouge, Chattanooga are struggling with traffic and declining places like Memphis and New Orleans aren't.
50 years ago, New Orleans had 650,000 residents. Places like St. Louis, New Orleans, and Detroit will struggle less with traffic than metros that are currently at their peak population.

Crime as bad as Nola
quote:100% false. I've broken suspension parts on roads in Lakeview. Essen is mirror smooth by comparison to most NOLA roads. Have you ever actually been to New Orleans?
Roads as bad as Nola (Essen is the worst road in the South)

Politics as bad as Nola
